How to cancel your subscription?
Note: Only the workspace owners and admins can cancel the subscription.
If you need to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so by following the steps below:
- Open the Workspace you want to cancel the subscription.
- Select the Plan tag on the top of the side panel to open the “Billing & Plans” page.
- Click the “Cancel subscription” button.
Once completed the process, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Effects when downgrade
Cancelling your subscription will downgrade your workspace to the free Starter plan at the end of the billing cycle. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you downgrade:
Cancel Pro subscription
- You will have substantially fewer AI and Template credits
- Boards will be limited to fewer than 2,500 elements
- Guests will lose access unless converted to workspace members
- All but the 2 most recently modified workspace boards will become view-only
- All private boards will become view-only
Cancel Business subscription
- You will have substantially fewer AI and Template credits
- Boards will be limited to fewer than 2,500 elements
- Guests will lose access unless converted to workspace members
- All but the 2 most recently modified workspace boards will become view-only
- All private boards will become view-only
- Your workspace members cannot log in using SAML SSO
- You will no longer have access to the workspace library
- All boards and folders in custom teams will be merged into one Team space
